General Personality: First, Nicolas is a laid back kind of guy. If you need a shoulder to lean on, he would offer his shoulder. He is good at making people laugh and feel at ease. When it comes to loving someone, he is trustworthy and would do anything for them. He could be a seductive person, loves to flirt, and since he has an attraction for both sexes, he would treat a woman like a princess and at the same time treat the guy as if he was the most important guy in the world. He also has a protective streak-whether it is to protect those he loves or even protect his daughter. If you tick him off, expect a not so nice Nicolas. He would be the one who would have no problem taking out the wand and use it. He also would tend to cry sometimes when something happens-i.e. seeing those he care about hurt or other people but he usually goes back to himself afterwards. It would also take a lot to make him even be angry in the first place.

General Appearance: As described, he is a medium built man with blond shoulderlength hair now cut to a bit past his neck, and piercing blue eyes. He stands close to 6ft, and has a musclecular medium built body, caused by him going to the gym and running. He also tends to dress casual whenever he isn't in the class teaching by wearing jeans, tee shirts, tanktops, and buttoned down shirts with his sleeves rolled up. He also loves to wear sneakers even when working. He sometimes has his face cleanshaven but other times he would grow a goatee, and have his hair slicked back from his face or when its cut very short, he would style it with gel. He also has a knack for watches so you would see him with a nice watch on his right arm and would wear a gold bracelet along with it and a necklace, but has his great grandmother's wedding ring on the rope. He kept it after her death recently, since it was given to him.

History: Nicolas was born in London, in a wizard family. The family's linage dates back to the 1700's when the first witch Marina Starleson, married Alexander Whitmore. The two had magic on both sides, and it passed down for generations. Nicolas, since he was born first on November 1, 1979, had gained his wizard powers at the age of 13, and Jennifer, born two years later, got hers at 12. The two attended Hogwarts. Nicolas was placed in Gryffindor while Jennifer was placed in Ravenclaw. Nicolas was a good student. He had attended all of his classes and even had good grades. Jennifer however couldn't be able to do it. But with the help of her older brother she managed to catch up. The two graduated at 17. First Nicolas and then Jennifer (who was helped along the way). However, despite the good grades and all, Nicolas had a bit of trouble during his years at Hogwarts. With the school keen on the war with He Who Shall Not be Named and Harry Potter, Nicolas' controversy wasn't noticed. He had a sexual affair with another Gryffindor named Angel Fillsworth.

Angel and Nicolas had a baby girl named Katrina, who was sent to stay with Nicolas' parents until Angel and Nicolas could graduate. Nicolas was 15 and Angel was 14 at the time. Sadly Angel died in the battle, and Nicolas was left behind with no girlfriend. His sister had found out about the baby but kept to her word. She was compassionate about it and even his parents forgave him. Nicolas graduated in 1998 at the age of 17, then Jennifer soon followed. He spent three years after he graduated working and caring for little Katrina Angel Whitmore, who looked so much like her mother with his hair and height. Today Katrina attends another magical school but in the USA since she wanted to try something different. Nicolas however, was given a job at Hogwarts since he liked the school so much and wanted to be nearby it. He even had become from straight to bisexual. One year after Angel's death he met a boy from Slytherin named Alexander Fiddlesworth, who was infatuated with Nicolas, believe it or not. Their relationship even lasted after both graduated but when Katrina was seven, the pair broke up. Nicolas continued to date both men and women but today he is single. At Hogwarts he teaches Charms.

RP Sample: Nicolas headed up to his office located in his classroom of which is at the back, with stairs leading up to a small corridor. Once he reached the corridor, he opened the door and headed inside. Next he stood near the desk and used his wand to close the door after him. Then he sat down at the desk. He took out some papers that he would need to look after including his lesson book. "Let's see. First would be to get to know your magic," he spoke to himself as he began writing down. "Then this..." and once he had enough of that, he made a face and forgot another one. "And then this..." after a while he looked down at the plans and nodded his head. He closed the book afterwards. "I'm all set." When he was finished he looked at the picture of Katrina when she was three and smiled, wondering if she is doing okay and such. He also has a picture of his mother, father, and his sister Jennifer who is currently working in Wales, something she always wanted to do.

He got up and headed out of the office but stayed in the classroom just to tidy things up so that he would be all set and ready when the kids come in for their first lesson. He sat down at the desk and sat back, with his feet crossed and his hands behind his head, his blue eyes fixated on the door. He loves to teach, it is something he was always interested in even when in school though there were times where he slacked off.

He also had loved being with those he was going out with, though he does miss Angel very much. He wished she was still around but he does see her in their daughter at times. He also heard from his ex boyfriend who is with someone else, though that wizard is living in Philidelphia. Well there are those who wants to spread out, he shrugged, but not him. Here, was the school he had gone to, here is where he felt safe and also where he feels he belongs. And here, is where he will stay.
