The sight of a small girl dressed in jeans and a t-shirt was never one to draw attention, and for this girl it never would be. Everyone tended to look through the small frame of Elphaba Finnigan, preferring to look at those who were more attractive, such as her best friend Glinda. Elphaba was so used to being the ugly duckling she just didn't care that no one saw her anymore, she was just that quiet one in the corner. Her hair blew a gale behind her but she found she didn't care for once, she was so happy for the freedom that being away from the ground gave her. Elphie was born to be in the air, her limbs relaxed and her body flipping over and over as she shot through a variety of aerial tricks that to anyone heavier than her wouldn't have been possible. It was at this moment that she caught sight of the other person, a person that was watching her...
